About this curriculum
Four stations for a camp, retreat, or weekend gathering. Designed to be run by a camp pastor with a small team of volunteers.
This is the digital camp curriculum: the leader guide, the station-by-station instructions, the scripture cards (printable), the sealed-envelope inserts (printable), and a companion digital journal for each camper. You print, you assemble, you run — a weekend's worth of formation, ready to deploy.
Included stations:
• One Life — influence, letters, gratitude, reconciliation
• Nourishment — mind, soul, and body in one walk
• Measuring Success — building a shelter, opening a sealed letter
• Sabbath — stillness, lectio divina, communion
What the camp pastor gets:
• A leader guide for every station
• Print-ready PDFs for the cards, envelopes, and station signage
• A companion digital journal each camper logs into on their phone
• A weekend's worth of formation, ready to go
Pre-assembled physical packs (shipped to your camp) coming when fulfillment opens — for now, you supply the backpacks, twine, and envelopes from your camp store.
The Sessions
What you'll walk through.
- 01
One Life
SCRIPTURE · PHILIPPIANS 1:3-8
Influence is reciprocal. The people who shape you are also the people you are quietly shaping. This station asks you to name them, thank them, and step into your own influence.
- 02
Nourishment
SCRIPTURE · PSALM 62:5-8
Mind, soul, and body. You are not parts — you are a whole. Each part has to be fed.
- 03
Measuring Success
SCRIPTURE · MATTHEW 11:9-11
If you can't define success, you can't measure it. And if you measure the wrong thing, you'll spend a life winning at it.
- 04
Sabbath
SCRIPTURE · PSALM 62:5-8
"Be still, and know that I am God." Some knowing is never pursued, only received. And for that, you need to be still.
