These terms govern your use of Yahtae Publishing Group's services, including the website at yahtae.com and the curriculum and experiences you purchase or join through it. By using Yahtae you agree to them.
The license you get
When you purchase a Yahtae product (an individual curriculum, a Leader Pack, a Church Plan, or a Camp License) we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product for the purpose described on its product page. You may print the materials, run the curriculum with the people indicated, and keep the journal you create as a result.
You may not resell our materials, distribute them publicly, post them to the internet, or use them in any way other than running a Yahtae curriculum or experience with your own group, church, or camp.
What a Leader Pack covers
A Group Leader Pack covers one named leader and up to the seat count printed on the product page (currently 10 men per pack for Heart and Soul: Pursuing). If your group grows beyond that, please purchase a second pack.
What a Camp License covers
A Camp License covers one camp event — typically a weekend or week-long gathering at a single location. You may print, assemble, and run the curriculum with all participants at that event. If you run a second camp (different week, different group), please purchase a second license.
What a Church Plan covers
A Church Plan covers one church organization for a year. Within that year you can run the included curriculum across as many groups and members as the seat limit allows.
Refunds
We offer a 14-day refund on any digital purchase, no questions asked, as long as you haven't already started running the curriculum with a group or camp. Email hello@yahtae.com with your order details and we'll process it.
What you write is yours
The journal entries and MOVE submissions you write inside Yahtae remain yours. We don't claim a license over them, and we don't publish them anywhere. Your group leader, if you're in a group, can see whether you've completed a MOVE, but cannot see the contents of your private journal entries.

Yahtae's curriculum is gospel-rooted and written from a Christian perspective. We're not responsible for how you choose to teach it. Please read what you're about to teach before you teach it.
Things we don't promise
Yahtae is provided as-is. We work hard to keep the service up, but we don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Don't rely on Yahtae as your only copy of your journal — export it as a PDF every now and then.
